Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed with Song My Story. By placing an order and ticking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept them.

1. Ordering

Full payment is taken up front at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and work on your song begins once you have completed and submitted your story questionnaire.

2. Delivery and revisions

Estimated delivery times are shown with each package and start from the moment your completed questionnaire is received. Delivery is digital: your files appear in your dashboard and we email you when they are ready. Each song includes one round of reasonable lyric revisions before recording.

3. Content Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any order, and terminate production on any song or media package that contains, references, or promotes content we deem inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: bullying, malicious mockery, harassment, hate speech, defamation, or anything designed to harm or degrade an individual or group.

Song My Story is a platform built for celebration; any attempt to use our services for malicious intent will result in immediate cancellation.

4. Your licence

Once your order is paid in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable personal-use licence in the finished song, recording, artwork, lyric sheet and lyric video. Commercial use is not included without our written permission.
